By booking a session, purchasing services, or using our website, you ("Client" or "You") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Exacta Detailing reserves the right to reschedule sessions for reasons such as inclement weather, illness, or technical issues. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled date. Refunds are generally not provided due to the non-refundable deposit policy, with exceptions considered at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

All images, media, and content captured or created during services are the property of Exacta Detailing. Clients are granted a personal-use license for non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you grant Exacta Detailing permission to use select images or media for portfolios, marketing materials, and social media. Consent may be withdrawn for specific content by contacting us in writing.

Exacta Detailing fosters a professional environment and expects all clients and guests to maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund. While client safety is a priority, Exacta Detailing is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during service. Clients are encouraged to disclose any special considerations beforehand.

Services are performed according to Exacta Detailing’s professional standards. Any requests beyond the agreed scope of work may incur additional charges, discussed prior to execution. Final service completion timelines may vary based on service type and conditions and will be communicated to the client.

Exacta Detailing strives to meet client expectations; however, final results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including vehicle condition, weather, or surface damage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. While precautions are taken, Exacta Detailing is not responsible for unforeseen damage due to pre-existing conditions.

All branding, media, and content produced by Exacta Detailing remain protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or resale is prohibited without written consent.

Exacta Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by Exacta Detailing shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Each party shall be responsible for its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise required by law.
